Carlier is the French artist Emile Joseph
Nestor Carlier (1849-1927).
Cast spelter or white metal with bronze finish.
Card receiver is in very nice condition with
no chips, cracks or restoration.
Original finish is uneven...and has some oxydation
and wear; as shown.
